In Santander I have six places to eat on my map, all serving Spanish cooking. They cover lunch and dinner, and the whole list sits in the Tetuán area. Among them are Bodega Cigaleña, Cañadío, La Flor de Tetuán, Marucho, Salvaje Santander and Umma, which are just a sample of what I've been finding around the city.
None of them is marked as a must-try yet, so the best advice is to pick whichever suits the time of day you're after. It's a personal map that I keep adding to as I eat out, with nothing sponsored.
