For Lisbon I have 30 places saved on my personal food map, and every one of them is my own pick, with no sponsorships: if it's on the map, I liked it. Most are restaurants for lunch and dinner, with 26 and 25 places respectively, and Portuguese cooking is the cuisine that comes up most, across 24 of them.
There are also a few cafés for breakfast, coffee and snacks, plus a handful of brunch spots. By area, Santa Maria Maior holds 10 of the places, followed by Santo António, São Vicente and Prazeres with 3 each. Among the spots I'd point you to are Alma, Da Noi, Prado and Time Out Market, as examples of what you'll find around the city.
Picked one by one by Rupo, Google Local Guide level 8. No sponsorships.
I have 30 places saved on my Lisbon map, and 26 of them are good for lunch. You could start with Alma or Da Noi, which are among the ones I've saved.
There are 25 places on my Lisbon map suited to dinner, most of them Portuguese. Prado and Fogo by Alexandre Silva are two examples.
I have 4 breakfast spots on my Lisbon map, and there are 3 brunch options too if you prefer a later start.
I do, Rupo, a Google Local Guide level 8 and keen foodie. Nothing on the map is sponsored; if it's there, it's because I liked it.
