Breakfast Always Wins is a free guide: a map, routes and collections of places Rupo has tried and recommends. There is no advertising and no sponsored content, and the site takes no online payments.

Rupo also runs food tours. Through the website you can only send a tour request: sending it does not create a booking or any obligation to pay. Rupo replies personally to confirm availability, details and the final price. Tours are paid in cash on the day, directly to Rupo.

You can also suggest places, vote for other people’s suggestions, leave a review after a tour and subscribe to the newsletter. How we handle your data in each case is explained in the privacy policy.

By using this website you agree to use it in good faith and in accordance with the law. In particular, you agree to:

• give truthful information in the forms and only send content you have the right to share;
• not publish offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• not try to disrupt the site, get round its anti-bot protections or extract its content in bulk by automated means.

You must be at least 14 years old to send any form. Tour requests must be made by an adult. Rupo may moderate, refuse or remove suggestions, reviews and photos that break these rules.

The texts, Rupo’s own photos, the selection and organisation of the places, the design and the Breakfast Always Wins name and logo belong to the owner or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short extracts naming the source, but you may not reproduce, distribute or transform the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

If you send a review, a photo or a suggestion, you confirm that it is yours and you allow us, free of charge and non-exclusively, to publish it on this website for as long as it stays published. You can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to hola@breakfastalwayswins.com.

When you open a place, some of the information you see — such as opening hours, rating, reviews and photos — is loaded live from Google (Google Maps Platform) at that moment. We do not store it: it belongs to Google and to the people who wrote or took it, and it is subject to Google’s terms. We cannot guarantee that it is accurate or up to date, so check important details (opening hours, bookings, allergens) directly with the place.

The recommendations are Rupo’s personal opinion. The places listed have no relationship with this site and are not responsible for what we say about them.

The site links to third-party services and websites (Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp, the places’ own websites). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We do our best to keep the information correct, but places change: they close, change their menu, prices or opening hours. The guide is offered “as is” and we cannot guarantee that everything is always accurate or that the site will always be available without interruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information on the site, from temporary unavailability or from the content of third-party websites. Nothing in this notice limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be heard by the courts of your place of residence. Otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s place of residence.
