If you're looking for where to eat in Orio, my map has 2 places, both Basque restaurants serving lunch and dinner. Mola-Mola and Xixario are two of them, and they're a good starting point.
That's a small selection for now, so there isn't much to choose from yet, but if you're passing through, either of these could work for a meal. I'll keep adding to it as I find more.
