In Logroño there is one place on my Breakfast Always Wins map: Mesón Egüés, in the El Cubo area, a Spanish restaurant that works for both lunch and dinner. It is a stop I have noted in the city, and I am sharing it just as I found it.
The map for this city is still small, so I would rather not overstate it or add things I have not checked. What I can say is that if you pass through Logroño, it is a good place to start for a relaxed lunch or dinner.
