There are 15 places on my map for dinner in Bilbao, and most of them serve Basque food, with 14 spots in that category. Eleven of them are restaurants, and there are also four pintxos bars and one Asian kitchen to mix things up.
The map is spread across Abando, with 9 places, Ibaiondo with 4 and Uribarri with 2. Among the ones I've noted are Bar El Eme, Bar Rotterdam, Sugarra, Bar Mugi and Txakoli Simon, for example, but that's only a sample of what's on the list.
